Grill Night with Private Chef
For this activity, 2 to 3 types of protein (beef, pork, chicken) will be provided.
There will be a station where we'll place the cold and hot side dishes (salads, tubers, vegetables).
Sauces (Ocopa, Huancaina, Chimichurri, dressings).
It will be an interactive activity as we will showcase the cuts of meat that will be used, as well as cooking tips, and while the grilling is happening, drinks will be made (sours and chilcanos with regional infusions). The idea of this activity is not only to present a product but also to create a pleasant atmosphere so that all our activities can take place normally.
This experience can be carried out with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8.
The service will include the assistance of a head chef.
Depending on the number of people, between 1 to 2 waiters will be provided.

Pizza Night with Private Chef + wine

Our culinary guides will lead you through the pizza-making journey, from rolling the perfect base to sprinkling on your chosen toppings with flair.
While your pizza is crisping up in the oven, enjoy an assortment of appetizers tailored to complement the occasion. In addition to savoring your own medium-sized pizza, your group will be treated to a shared bottle of finely curated wine that pairs beautifully with the fresh flavors of your pizzas.
This intimate pizza-making experience is crafted for small groups, suitable for 4 to 8 people, ensuring personalized attention and a cozy atmosphere. Throughout the evening, our head chef will oversee the experience, and depending on the size of your group, one or two waiters will be available to attend to your needs.
This Pizza Night includes the shared enjoyment of a bottle of wine for the group to partake in together.

Lunch or Dinner Tiradito de Trucha
Duration: 2-3 hours
Capacity: Minimum 4 people - Maximum 8 people
- Reception: Participants will be welcomed in a special setting, where a table will be prepared with a selection of patacones (fried plantain slices), choclitos a la chalaca (spicy corn salad), stuffed patacones, natural refreshments, and stuffed racacha (Andean root vegetable).
- Culinary Introduction: The chef will provide a detailed presentation on the preparation of Tiradito de Trucha (Trout Tiradito). The primary ingredients, culinary techniques used, and the slicing and marinating of the trout will be discussed. This moment will allow participants to delve interactively into the culinary preparation processes.
- Cocktail Preparation: As an additional service, the preparation of cocktails based on pisco and regional infusions will be included, offering a complete experience that combines local gastronomy with traditional mixology.
- Tasting: Upon completion of the preparation, participants will have the opportunity to garnish and taste the Tiradito de Trucha, as well as enjoy the cocktails made during the activity.
This culinary experience is designed to provide participants with a detailed insight into the preparation of a traditional dish, combining hands-on interaction with the tasting of authentic local flavors.
